Everything was good!

All ok.

My visit with Dr. Heide was excellent. She is a great doctor and very personable. I am lucky to have found her as a provider.

The visit went well. Dr Heide is a very caring and thorough doctor.

The lobby needs an update. It's a little old and doesn't look super clean

The girl at the desk was rude. I was surprised because I have never experienced that. The lady taking my blood was kind but didnt go out of her way to make me comfortable. I get very anxious at the doctor so I always notice this.

My experience was perfect.

I had an excellent lab tech. She was very nice and she was fast and very efficient sticking me for my blood draw. I requested a butterfly needle and she honored my request very kindly. Excellent experience.

This office has two small bathrooms for patient use. One is too small to accommodate a wheelchair. The one on the right can accommodate a wheelchair, and has horizontal grab bars. It would be very helpful to add a vertical grab bar next to the toilet.

Dr. Heide is an excellent physician and always has my best health in mind. Her nursing staff is polite and professional easy to talk with. They both listen and provide the best care. PRISMA is lucky to have such a fine doctor and staff. If I have a health question, I use My Chart, I receive a response in a timely manner.

No suggestions for improvement. Dr. Heide is compassionate and very thorough, I always leave feeling well cared for by her and her staff!

Two small bathrooms in this offie, and only one can accommodate a wheel chair. This one than van accommodate a wheel chair has horizontal grab bars but should ALSO have VERTICAL grab bars for handicapped people.

It was all good.

This appointment was for lab and prior to my appointment a week from now, the person in the lab gave me a urine thing and told me they needed a specimen. I turned that in and I was waiting for her to call me for the blood work and she never did. And she went to lunch and somebody else filled in for her. but it was not a good situation.

This is probably not the place for this comment. I was in this office for lab work. I had to answer all the questions in order to get to this page. I did not see Dr. Heide or a nurse during this visit. None of the questions actually applied to this visit. However, everyone was very cordial and nice to me. I have no complaints about my treatment.

Hello, receptionist was not mannerly, sour expression on her face. She did not welcome me or any of the patients that checked in after me. She slammed the window shut after each person like she couldn't wait to be done with everyone. The receptionist sets the tone for the office visitor, when I asked my nurse if there was an office manager to complain to they said there was no office manager. If there's no manager, then employees do not get properly trained on how to interact with the public. Certainly Cross Creek Internal Medicine can do better than this. For the receptionist do be doing the bare minimum and not be courteous to all patients coming through the door, is unacceptable. Maybe someone can train this young lady how to be respectful and and interact kindly with patients as so many people coming into the doctors office already don't feel well and need kindness and a smile.

The wastebasket in the bathroom to the right (second from waiting room) was full of paper towels and almost overflowing. We do appreciate a hook on the door to hang up purses so we don't have to put them on the floor.

I went to have labs drawn and the phlebotomist was fantastic

The receptionist at the check in window was not personable. She made little eye contact. When I inquired about using a bathroom before getting called back to a room, she pointed around the corner, said "push in, pull out" and when couldn't open the door she repeated the directions with an abrupt tone. Other staff were pleasant in the office.

Dr Heide is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found her. She always knows my history and steps me through the health decisions I need to make that are best for me.

Better communication with better details

Checking the history of patient test results trends (CBC , CMP, as well as TSH) of low/ high bloodwork markers, and other doctors care/ upcoming appts, then maybe indicating in message that she would further go over results and treatment plan during next upcoming appt.

Our doctors is amazing. Couldn't be any better.

I'm very, very pleased with Dr. Heide. I've had a lot of doctors in my adult life. She and a few others within Prisma that I completely trust & feel absolutely comfortable with. Dr. Heide is a great doctor.

I have always, when I am visiting the doctor's office, a feeling of caring, attentiveness when I speak, and being heard.
