we need to have more parking for patients coming to the hospital. I had to park on the curbside just to make it to my appointment time and I was later than 15 minutes late. Therefore, I had to meet with a different doctor because I was shown as no-show!

Possibly a more private checkout area. Did not bother us, but some seemed a bit uncomfortable. My care was excellent!

The triage nurse had no BEDSIDE MANNER ABOUT HER AT ALL . She was very unprofessional and had A AIRPOD IN HER EAR WHILE SHE WAS TRIAGING ME. HOW DO I KNOW IF SHE HAD SOMEONE ELSE ONTHE CALL TELL MY PERSONAL BUSINESS. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE.
