I mentioned that I have tenderness to the touch in my legs and the Dr didn't evaluate that at all.

Nothing else could have been done to improve my appointment! Dr. Shen and all of the staff I encountered were very supportive, knowledgeable, and kind! I always leave Dr. Shen's office better, physically and emotionally better! I recommend this practice!

Dr.Shen and staff are wonderful. They listen to you ask you questions to give you best care possible. Dr. Shen has never given up on me trying to help me get back to normal again after a bad accident that caused me to have the worst concussion possible. I am very grateful for her knowledge and all her help as I had given up on me before being treated by her

I have to schedule a yearly follow-up visit to renew FMLA paperwork. It would be nice to be able to schedule this appointment a year out instead of waiting for 6 months, especially because it is so hard to get an appointment scheduled even a month in advance.

Dr Shen is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. The nurses all did a great job.

I am pleased with the care and courtesy of the entire team. I am very displeased with the change in billing such that there will be a provider fee and hospital fee going forward. I am very displeased with having to sign to accept this change as well. The "why" of this change is still not clear and I would appreciate more information on that aspect.

She made special time for me to come in due to my issues. She spent time going over everything testing me discussing a plan making sure I understood what all they incur and we started on the plan. The staff and nurses were excellent talking with me about issues etc. I feel safe and know they have me on a grid course

I don't know if anything else. Dr. Shen is a very compassionate healthcare provider. She is never rushed and really wants to listen and understand my concerns. I have suffered with severe migraines for over 40 years with very little success in treatments. Dr. Schen is trying every known treatment to help me. Her team is the same way. I can't think of anything. Nurses were extremely courteous and professional. I really like Dr. Shen. Even though she has many patients to see, she made me feel as if I was the only one at the moment. I really like her personally and professionally. P.S. For a first-time visitor I has a little difficulty in navigating the Piedmont complex and finding my way to the Neuroscience office.

Dr shen and the entire staff are amazing. Dr shen has never let me down through all we are dealing with. I am finally getting back to the real me after my horrible accident with the worst concussion possible. That's was March 7th 2023. The severity of pain was100plus 24x7 now it so much better. I plan to continue to see her for life

If you could have been able to share my primary's recent labwork thru the internet, then my neurologist would have been aware of liver concerns and shared things to eatch out for with me and my primary.

I did not like the technician doing my nerve conduction test talking constantly about how she was against children being immunized. She quoted statistics about why children shouldn't be immunized and I felt she was not even concentrating on my test.

It's just a suggestion that because some people have problems remembering things that may be in their paperwork, the things that the doctor recommends or that they tell them that they may need to speak with another doctor, that it be on the paperwork to help them remember. Thank you.
