Leverne Marvin Prosser, MD

It took me 20 minutes on hold before I was answered to make this appointment, that was ridiculous. Dr. Prosser is wonderful, caring and does everything to make his patients feel comfortable and that they understand what he is doing and why. I couldn't ask for a better Dr to take care of me. I do have some issues with calling in to get help when needed. The people are mostly nice but it's like nothing happens to change things when you call in with a need. They do not relate my message to the Dr the way I am explaining it and they all say they will call back but none do, I'm left in limbo as to whether the Dr got my message and what his answer might be. It's like no one cares about the patient on the phone. I do not like the way this is handled. That needs to be improved drastically!

My visit was very helpful to me , about my heart. Dr. PROSSER was awesome as usual.

Doing a great job, change nothing

Everything was excellent. Docto P. is always on top of everything. Takes time to answer questions and consumes. He knows me history takes care of my issues.

I think that I really should have been able to actually get the help that I needed from this nurse. I was overwhelmed with some instructions for a patch that we had to put over my heart and she just seemed to rush through it. And I did mention a couple of times that I was having, that I was a little bit overwhelmed with this. And then also I just don't feel like all of my questions were answered at that visit. Thank you.

Upon my physical distress, was not able to be seen, with being very lightheaded, and unbalanced on foot. I was told that if something came available they would give me a call. They did, however suggested if I expetienced other symptoms, like vomiting, to please go to ER. That was fine, but symptoms didn't get worse, but I had to wait about 50 days.

It is almost impossible to get an appt when needed unless previously scheduled.

The whole team in Cardiology were super. They explained the procedure while preforming the exam and everyone was very friendly.

The Dr. Is GREAT. Enjoy my visit with him. Wish all could be as pleasant as him and his assistant.

Your MyChart system is absolutely horrendous. Having to leave a message and "hoping" to get an answer within 48 hours is totally ridiculous. Then hoping it answers my question. If I didn't like my doctor so much I would drop you like a hot potato. Grrrr.

I had a friend with me and we both found the doctor to be knowledgeable, on-time and answered all of our questions! No improvement necessary for Yesterdays appointment.

To make sure my medication is gone over by doctor. Assistant sent in Rx to pharmacy that I don't take and didn't send in what I do take, in fact removed 1 I've taken for years. Have spent 2 days trying to get the Rx sent in. My Chart has been of no help. Still waiting for Dr to get it sent to CVS. Note on summary said medication had changed but after calls to office that is incorrect. Yet another mistake by someone. Very frustrating as I've had to get pharmacy to return a very high price Rx I've never taken and try to get my insurance reimbursed. Very frustrating and needless trips to pharmacy to get this corrected, 3 notes to My Chart and phone call to office and still waiting for doctor to sent correct drug in. It was never changed butAfter Visit Summary showed a note saying medication was changed. RN I finally talked with said " no medication changes". Some of these people that come in to ck your BP and go over your medication need further training apparently.

I'm elderly. The parking at the Cardiology Medical Center adjoining The Heart Hospital is very insufficient. Possibly employees could park elsewhere? It is my understanding that they are permitted to park. I wish I was physically able to not suggest this. But, it is very difficult for me. Thank you.

Every staff member was professional and respectful. I did notice ripped furniture and unpainted walls. The decor needs attention. Very clean. The bathroom was clean. Overall interactions with staff including my cardiologist was outstanding. These people work hard and always have a smile on their faces.

The bathrooms need to be cleaned. There was body fluids over the floor and toilet.

I hate to say Park Ridge has the worst parking in any place I've ever seen. The handicapped parking spaces at the front of the hospital make you walk the length, almost, of halfway to get in the building. Why they didn't put an entrance near the handicapped entrance, I have no clue. But that is one thing that somebody needs to work on. Thanks. Bye.

8 med waiting area B looks like you're waiting at an old bus station, the chairs are in despair.

Your chairs in your waiting room need to be cleaned or recovered. They are nasty looking and my wife did not want to sit in them. We were directed to section c ,but in up in section section b look a bit better

Hi, yes. It's fine because he didn't take the time to explain to me what was going on with my heart. As far as what problems that, you know, more details. I really don't know what that problem is with my heart, why it's not functioning. With all these other things that's occurring. that I could have avoided and knew about. And what is really causing me to have more of an asthma problem, bronchitis problem. And he described the prescription, but didn't provide or gave me or let me know about what he needed to order to make things. Didn't know that I would actually need a.

Everything was being hurried. Everything needed to slow down a little so I could get a little more information. Seems like prisma health wants quantity over quality. The nurse also put my heart monitor upside down. So I had to redo everything when I reached home.
