None. My visits with Dr. Stuck and her office have always been extremely positive.

Dr. Stuck is always very professional, caring, a great listener and very helpful in suggesting good things to better myself and my health. She is a wonderful Doctor that I will truly miss.

I would like the wait time to be not over an hour. I was waiting for at least half an hour outside in the waiting room and another half an hour to 45 minutes inside the doctor's office. So I would like the wait time to be not so long. Thank you.

Dr. Leslie Stuck is one of the greatest physicians Prisma has ever employed . Her retirement, while well earned will be a great loss to Prisma and she will be greatly missed. Her compassionate care and concern combined with her years of medical expertise has made her someone you should celebrate with a great farewell -- unless there is anything you can do to compromise a return after a possible sabbatical ?

I just wanted you to know that I answered the first four or five questions wrong. I wanted to say yes, but it looks like I said no.

Lost my credit card holder and couldn't get a human voice to talk to to see if it was there. Also what if someone is running late.....no way to talk to anyone.

I would have liked to have know what specific labs were ordered to be drawn as I was told "the usual labs" and was surprised when I had lipid panel drawn again when just done 4 months ago and no medical reason to draw again.

Don't overbook appointments and have the practitioner know in advance the reason for the appointment. And reminders for annual check ups were helpful although I never got one last year. Seems your practices are overbooked and practitioners are stressed. Hence mine is retiring. So, Im looking elsewhere from Palmetto Health.for my future care.

I don't feel like the lab was adequately staffed for the work load they were having to manage. The two ladies that were staffing the lab were working as efficiently, fast, & skilled as could be done. Yet I still waited 35 minutes to be served. In spite of the work load & stress that it created the two ladies working remained cheerful, courteous, & professional to everyone.

Nothing, Dr. Stuck and staff are the best I've ever had. She is the most thorough Dr. I've ever had the pleasure of having exam me. Asks more questions than I could think of. Couldn't ask for better. Staff is wonderful as well, from the front desk to her nurse to the ladies drawing blood. Very happy with the entire staff.

My appointment was at 10:40, I waited an hour before I saw Dr Stuck, no one apologize for the wait, I had to go up to the front desk and speak with the receptionist.

Be seen a little quicker when taken back to the examination room. But I know how hard it is to schedule the amount of time a doctor may need to see a patient. I'd rather have a doctor that doesn't seem rushed and running "behind schedule" than just spends a few minutes with you.

I cannot think of any thing that could have been done differently that would have made me feel more respected or supported. I have been seeing Dr Stuck for many years and would not think of changing physichians. She and her staff remain the best!

Less of a wait to get into specialists. Have them stay off their computer while talking to you (Dr. Stuck never does this she is totally locked in to what you are telling her). The gastroenterologist is saw barely even looked at me. Very disconcerting.

Dr. Stuck is wonderful. It's very hard though now to get prescriptions and things refilled. I've been going to Dr. Stuck for many tens and tens of years, and I love her. I trust her 180%. Nobody could be better. I just wish I could get my prescriptions filled when she's not there. Thank you.

Dr. Stuck and her Medical team are always top notch and empathetic. My most recent visit was after a major surgery which had many aspects to discuss. Dr. Stuck did not rush. She explained every part of my condition, the meds I needed to take, and gave me solid suggestions and advice on how recovery would proceed. She and her staff also gave me confidence and assured me they would stay in touch on a weekly basis as long as I needed. I was and am still strengthed and grateful by my visit. Thank you Dr. Stuck.

I was given an appointment quickly and then was called back within 5 minutes upon arrival . The entire staff were so kind and Supportive. The medicine prescribed by Sr Stuck had the pain resolved within 24 hours. Best group around. Without a doubt!!!!

Yes, while I was in the hospital, if they would have let my doctor, Dr. Stuck, treat me, I would have been better off. But they wouldn't let her treat me, and I had to have other doctors that knew nothing whatsoever about me. That's why I'm dissatisfied with Prisma Health. hospitals.

I love Dr. Stuck but the wait time from the scheduled time seems to get longer every time you go.

I arrived on time but wasn't taken back to the exam room until an hour after my appointment time. Then another 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. Whenever I schedule an appointment I have to allow 2-3 hours in my schedule because they're always running late. It's hard to get that time off of work.

My care was at this visit, and always is, exemplary!!!

Personally, I would put educational videos playing in waiting area about prisma latest procedures and community involvement. Sound machines are ok, but I think the patients are able to talk more and seem to focus on complaints about appointment delays. One lady talked constantly about her life history. I know you can't control what people discuss, but with no distractions ,they act like they are at DMV office.

I can't imagine anything better than having Dr. Leslie stuck as my prime care giver.

Dr. Stuck always does an outstanding job. She first ask me what issues I'm having, then she reviews any test that I have and makes recommendations. I hate the fact that she is only work in a few days a week, but she's an outstanding physician. Her staff are outstanding as well. They're always courteous and friendly and more than helpful if I have anything I need to do. I was happy to see that Prisma Health finally put decent chairs into its physician practice. I can't say the same for all the practices I've been to especially the orthopedics at its Saluda Point location
