If possible it would be nice to have a small separate area or waiting room for patients dealing with a miscarriage, lost pregnancy, etc. because it is difficult enough to be there let alone be around pregnant patients.

The ultrasound tech was very cold and careless, and nearly made the situation worse. There was no heart beat and she coldly said I can't find a heart beat, you can wait in this room or go to the next one. I wanted to run out of the office

The facility was not reliable, elevators not working, consultations room very small and run down in waiting room not enough light and I wait 50 minutes to see the Doctor

The doctor and nurses did a very good job. They are so friendly & I feel comfortable in asking questions. They are kind and understanding. Good job! Keep it up!!

I would have preferred my provider to have consulted with me more on my perimenopause symptoms rather than me feeling a bit like it's just something I need to live with. I don't know if it is lack of knowledge on perimenopause but perhaps you should have specialists to refer us to or in-house. It's a reality for all women at one point or another. I've discussed now with 2-3 providers at the practice and have not really felt like they were partners in figuring out mg hormonal issues. I am contemplating changing practices to a specialist

I was seen in emergency room the previous weekend and wanted to review the xray and ct scan finding per the emergency ER staff. During my visit we didn't get to review the results, per DR. Brodie the results weren't available per MyChart and I could request a CD and then we could then review findings. During scheduling I advised the nurse why I needed the visit and the ER staff recommendation to review test with my OB/GYN.

The only thing was that it took about 45 minutes to an hour to get into my appointment with ultrasounds, so maybe having multiple ultrasounds or trying to stick to the appointment would have been great. But overall, great care, great team. Thank you.

Dr. Lee went above and beyond in giving me information to help me. Despite it being my first Obgyn male doctor, I felt extremely comfortable and safe.
