I can't think of a thing. I was very pleased with the I entire staff.

I felt respected and I trust my cardiologist opinion on my cardiac related issues as well as how other body systems may determine cardiac function. Dr. Holliday is very kind and knowledgeable and not only listens, but hears what you are saying. She is open to patients taking part in their treatment plan., and I like that, since i've been a nurse for thirty three years. I have preferred many, many friends and family members to her. I appreciate her diligence and compassion!

Prisma does not allow enough time for cardiologists to speak to their patients. 15 minutes is not enough. I waited a very long time because you had so booked patients that I was an hour and a half late. I think that is disrespectful of my time. It is not the problem of my provider. Lauren Holliday is an excellent physician, but Prisma expects too much in too little time.

The chairs in the waiting room have holes in the upholstery and need to be replaced or repaired.

Having trust in the medical system is extremely hard but overall my experience with the staff and doctors was good.

Have the appointments on time. I was supposed to be there at 1:15 and got out at almost 3:00

Make the wake time once I got there speedier. I had a 10:00 appt and it wasn't seen until after 11:00

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Holliday and I feel my heart health is in good capable hands.

My only gripe is not having a restroom when you enter the building.

Fix the out of order elevator at 8 Medical Park. It doesn't look good for a medical facility to have broken equipment. Also, if you are not going to replace the tropical fish get rid of the tanks. It makes your waiting area look run down.

Staff was great. Someone needs to look at seating area, the chairs are nasty. They need cleaned or recovered. Talk about gems. I would recommend this office except I would tell anyone they've gotta stand because unless you're putting a sheet over a chair I don't wanna sit down.

Shorten the wait time. The provider, I waited for over an hour and the provider was overbooked. It was obvious.

Lack of parking put me in a bad mood right off. Waiting over an hour to see doctor for routine appointment did not help. This did not effect my trust of the doctor, but did make me feel like a cow in a cattle call instead of a person.

More pleasant and welcoming staff at the front desk.

My appointment was to review the results of my Lipid panel, which the provider NEVER scheduled. I had to get my family physician to schedule the lab work. When I told this to the provider, she acted like she could have cared less. No apology No excuse. Really inexcusable.

Much cheaper tests

All service was professional and excellent - impressive. The only area that could benefit from supervision was the front desk woman who was unpleasant and vague in giving directions.

I was very pleased with everything done during my appointment. The nurse was very caring and did everything professionally, quickly and courteously. This was the first time I was seen by Dr. Holliday's PA. She was great. I felt at ease with her as soon as she came in and introduced herself. She was very competent, caring and professional. Of course, I never have any complaints concerning Dr. Holliday. I'm so very thankful she's my Cardiologist! I felt very cared for after having been seen by the nurse, PA and Dr. Holliday!

Waiting 45-50 minutes to see Dr Holiday is a bit to long. It happens on every appt. If it takes seeing less patients a day, then they need to make it happen. It is not that she spends that much time . Her NP does all the legwork.

I do not like the lack of parking. Do not having to walk to the lobby to check in then back to the elevator. Who ever thought of this must not use this process. I do not like the questions at the end of regestration that has nothing to do with my visit. In general the place has gone down hill since the merger and what appears Greenville is calling the shots. It was better when it was Palmetto Health.

Excellent doctor

Less wait time but I was informed they were running behind.

I had to wait over 1 hour after I was placed in exam room. I thought that I must have been forgotten, but thankfully not. Just very busy. The echocardiogram person was very good explaining as he went along, quick and efficient!

When health problems are caught on CAT scans, xray, & other tests that are done in ER (but not caught in ER), I believe that intercommunication should be relayed as to the missed diagnosis so that ER (which is supposed to be 1st in emergency situations) could catch all problems; not just the ones they are looking for.

Not applicable because this provider isnd staff are always courteous, professional, clean and informative. I'm very pleased with this provider!
