My service was excellent. I was very comfortable there, got in and out in a timely manner. Check in, check out was very efficient. And the nurses doing the blood work and the shots never even felt the needle go in. It was the easiest I've ever had a shot or blood drawn. I give these people five stars. Excellent.

It would be helpful if the appointment reminders included instructions for any prep needed. I now just assume that blood work will be done, but that is not noted on the appointment so when I first started coming to the practice I did not know I was supposed to fast. This necessitated a trip back to the office.

Allowed me to have questions or present me with more information. I felt like I was talked at about what tests would happen. But I was not given any "why" information or felt like I could ask questions. Instead I was trying to ask questions about what could possibly be next (I had 0 information about what the doctor was thinking.) I was told I came across as anxious, but I really was just confused.

My provider did a very great job. She cared about me. She checked me for everything that was that was supposed to be wrong with me preventatively. She went over all my medicines. I was very, very pleased with the provider. Very pleased.

From the front office to the nurse and physician I couldn't be happier. First time in 25 years I feel listened to and get responsive treatment.

The only thing I can think of is more time in the appointment.
