None - Dr Kyle Bennett makes me feel welcome, respected, and well cared for.

Yeah, to improve my visit, the nurses could have told me what to do prior to getting a blood test, how long to fast, if there was other things that I should or should not do. They did not do that. And I think, I'm not guaranteeing you, but I think that resulted in me now having to take another blood test. So have they provided me information up front on what to do or what not to do prior to the blood test, that would have not only saved me time, it would have saved me the pain to have to get a second blood test now, and it would have saved me additional money.

I've got no complaints. He's a great doctor. He cares about his patients and I really don't have anything bad to say. He is really a great doctor though.

No improvement Dr Bennett is an excellent Doctor and his nurse was very nice to. Do you actually tell the staff when they get good feedback because I was a medical assistant and my company never said when we had good feedback only complaints.

Dr. Bennett and his staff are phenomenal! I can't say a bad thing about any of them. Dr. Bennett is one of the very few doctors I trust because I know he actually listens to me and is genuinely excited for me.

All except the blonde receptionist up front. For some reason she never wants to wait on me ever. As long as I've been coming there, I always walk up to her window first and she'll just sit there and won't help me so I then proceed to the second window. Not sure what her problem is but it bothers me when I come in there as to why she won't wait on me ever.

Trust might be improved by extending the time allowed for a new patient establishing visit. My appointment to meet my new doctor went approximately 25 minutes. No fault of my doctor - that must be what's allowed - but I would have expected say 45 minutes for my very first visit and this felt a little rushed.

I felt supported and respected throughout my visit. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional.

Train the people at reception to be less like robots. The lady that checked me in didn't smile, didn't greet me (just said Your Name?). Healing should start the minute you walk in the door. A smile, a hello and a kinder approach would go a long ways towards helping us patients feel better. It seems like a small thing but it makes us feel like you care.

Have a blood pressure machine that worked? Have a lab open on the day I was told they'd do blood work? I like the doctor quite a bit; too bad I'm losing confidence in the facility. Maybe it'll be better next time?

My doctor prescribed medicine that cost over $800 . If he had checked with insurance co to see if they covered it I would have known how much cost before I went to pick it up

Two restrooms for patients... one very small and the other large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Thank you for putting a hook on the door to hang a purse. It would be very helpful for handicapped patients to also have a vertical grab bar on the wall by the toilet.
