As usual, I had a good experience at Prisma. I depend on Prisma for most of my health care. I have yet to run into the first rude.or unhelpful employee.

Professional courtesy at all times

I was initially very satisfied until I reviewed the after visit summary and discovered my blood was used to test for something I did not request, require, or consent to. My suggestion would be to inform patients of each and every test that is ordered, explain why it is medically necessary (and how the test results will be reflected/notated on their medical record), and get their consent BEFORE tests are conducted.

In my opinion, there's nothing to be changed, the staff at this facility are always courteous and have a smile on, I never had a complaint about no one or ever seen anything out of the way, it's A clean place to go to, checking in and out with no issues. Dr Via is a very patient and reliable, he knows his patients, in the short time we have he knows what I need and explains what and why he's prescribing surtain medications, I wouldn't change him for no reason, Thank You

Dr. Via and his staff are the best, I can't think of a thing that could have changed to make my visit better or to make me feel more respected than I did or have been in the past.

The nurse was outstanding. She noticed people sitting in the waiting room. She took a moment to see why people where waiting for 30 minutes, for their appointment.

I like Dr Kevin Via, however this facility gets grade F for hygiene. The staff in the lab have no clue about sterile techniques. This is the second time with two different lab person which they have no clue about quality of care and sterile y. Shame on office manager that has no clue what is going on. No wonder so many people die in the hospital due to lack of hygiene and sterile techniques

Dr. Via is a great physician and I appreciate the treatment he has provided. The only thing I know that could be improved is the referral process. When asking for a referral, there is no feedback after I leave the office. I don't know if it's going to take a couple of days, or months, or if I'm ever going to get one.

I left several appointments requests but received no response. I then called and left a voicemail with no response. I finally called several days later and the nurse told me they had no appointments until later in September. That would have been fine ordinarily but I am having extreme swelling in both feet and legs after knee surgery and was concerned about blood clots. I sent a message to Dr. Via and they called me the next morning to come in. I felt like the nurse I talked to just didn't care since she told me to get go to the ER instead of working me in:

All good but had to wait over 30 minutes to have blood taken for labs. I thought that was excessive.

My new patient visit was smooth, pleasant and efficient. One criticism I have is that there is no phone number for the office. The phone number you are given is a central answering service.

The medical staff met my every expectation. I was very pleased with my visit but extremely apprehensive about going due to the manner in which the receptionist spoke with me during my initial call for an appointment. After being a patient with that practice for over 30 years, I was appalled.

My visit was great! My only concern had been with scheduling. it was several months to get an appointment and then it was cancelled by the scheduler and pushed back several more months but I visited the office in person and they were able to get me worked in sooner which is appreciated
