As a new patient establishing a new PCP, I received excellent care and have no further concerns! Keep up the great work!! I was very impressed with the quality of care and how there was no extended wait time for the NP or to be called back.

Maybe start examining the patient instead of just asking questions and reading the documentation. I don't feel a need to come into the office. I can do a virtual visit and get the same results.

I don't have any issues or problems with the way l was treated. All the staff members were great!

This was my first visit and successful attempt to find a new PCP so, there is not much to critique at the moment.

She was aware that I was gay and sexually active but didn't ask any questions which I thought was strange.

I felt like that she was really listening to me and really came up with a suggestion for what I should be doing next and I really appreciated that. That was good.

Nothing I can think of. It was a pleasant experience and everyone was very friendly.

Everything went well. The doctor was nice, but just the nurses, one of the nurse, just her attitude. But overall, I had a great experience.

Nothing. The visit exceeded my expectations as far instilling confidence & providing plans next steps and monitoring my concerns.

The only thing was just a little bit more explanation about the do's and don'ts with my medication, but other than that, excellent care.

I felt very respected throughout my visit and felt complete trust.

Cut wait times......waiting 30 mins is frustrating.

Per EPIC the nurse thought I was there for hip pain rather than a regular checkup. I had made an appt for my hip pain with an ortho within Prisma not this physician

Kayley was fantastic. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and her understanding of my condition was immediate and matched my issues. She explained the condition and prescribed necessary medication. She was delightful to work with! I would not change a thing ! Thank you!

Kayley miles-epting is amazing and couldn't improve for me

I have been so extremely pleased since coming to Prisma Internal Medicine at Saluda Point. I don't believe that it could be any better than it already is.

They all were very respectful and I trust the team very much with my medical treatment. I feel that NP Kayley had my best interest, she listened well and made necessary referrals for my conditions.

Great Dr(s), Nurses, PA's and support staff. Definitely 5 stars out of 5.

She listened to everything that I had to say. She had suggestions on what we needed to do or could do to improve some of the things that I was concerned about. And I was just blown away. So happy with her responses and her suggestions. I'm very excited about this.
