I had an ultrasound tech who was still training and she took a long time and couldn't get all the pictures. I really didn't want to be exposed to that much ultrasound and I didn't really have that much time. I would have appreciated having the option ahead of time to say I do not want a training, someone who's in training. I'm coming to them as specialists and I understand people do need training. I know there are lots of moms out there that are happy to get ultrasound pics and extra things and come do that, you know, and get it for free and those kind of things to get the training that's needed. But I think as a patient, I should have been informed that I would be seeing someone who was still in training and have the option to request someone who was more experienced. This was our third baby and our third time visiting this facility and this was definitely the longest and the most uncomfortable that I've been with the procedure itself of getting ultrasound.

None! I received excellent care!

Everyone was very kind, a few people seemed a little impatient with my excessive talking (from other people who worked at hospital) but the food was yummy and the kitchen staff was so polite and one i told them to ignore my sudden burst into tears for no reason, they continued talking as normal. Overall amazing experience.

Ultrasound techs and doc failed twice to produce photos of vital fetal organs. I will need to hire a new tech for analysis. Experience is subpar. Incorrectly referenced notes on height and previous birth details. Careless. Dissatisfied and will be getting second opinion elsewhere.

Not at all everything is perfect

My husband and I felt very welcomed by the team, this time more than ever! We felt a lot of empathy and extensive knowledge from everyone! We are very happy with the experience.
