Everyone was great

The person at the front desk who registered me was confrontational about my copay. I am with BlueCross BlueShield and explained to her that I do not have a copay. She did not believe me and I ask to speak with the manager. She needs more training on her computer so she can help her patients. It was not a good experience. She never apologized for being wrong.

No suggestions. Excellent visit. Thank you.

No notes! The experience was great and Kaci is a treasure. It's so nice to have a provider who listens to you and is non-judgmental and well-informed.

Create more providers like the one that seen me. The first impression was with heartfelt gratitude. She displayed a caring attitude.

The restroom that the lab sent patient to for urine samples was not clean and there were no soap. The toilet had a black ring around it. No telling how long it was out of soap, but I was not able to wash my hands appropriately and how many others didnt wash their hands, and we all shared the same chair to get lab work done. This a doctors office lots of sick people and germs. It is just little things like that, that people don't pay attention to is why the flu, covid, etc is spreading so rapidly.

Kaci Mundhenke is a very considerate kind provider that addresses all issues promptly. My favorite NP provider ever!

Kaci is the most respectful primary provider that i have ever come across

Fix my chart communication. It doesn't work really well. It's very hard to get in contact with the doctor.

When I was actually basically taking blood work, they could have actually take all the blood work instead of actually having me to come back to the facility again. I had to wait it over too much time, so that's not good. Thank you.

Poor Dr Kaci needs some help, it takes a month to get an appt with her. But she is AWESOME and really cares so I can see why she has so many patients!! I would wait 2 months to get an appt with her, she is the FIRST doc here that has listened to what I've been saying for years!!! She is the BEST doc I've ever had!!!!

I had a great visit. I love the entire staff. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse. She was awesome! The lab techs were also great! But I love Kaci. I have recommended several friends to her and they now see her. They loved her too.

The staff was excellent. I could have not been treated any better. So glad I found Kaci and her great staff.

I think overall the care was great and there is nothing that you could do to improve it. Just keep doing what you're doing providing great care and friendly service.

The staff was very kind and helpful

It was my First visit with NP Kaci and she and her nurse were great and knowledgeable. NP Kaci listened and was very attentive.

Noticed a few specs of blood on right arm of phlebotomy chair. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass the kind phlebotomist that was taking care of me. We used the left arm for me, so I wasn't too grossed out. Just needs to make sure he's wiping chair down between patients.

That's a good clinic. We've been going there for years and years and years, so I don't have no complaint. Everything is just perfect.

Keep everything the same

The Nurses, Lab & Especially NP Mundhenke were all very professional and compassionate! However, every time I come the front desk staff are always rude and act as if everything is a total bother to them. They are some of the worst I have ever encountered at any establishment much less a healthcare setting. If it weren't for the exceptional care of NP Mundhenke I would go elsewhere.
