Keep more doctors like Dr.Math and teach the her NP to treat patient like patient and not number and to take minorities and women pain seriously and not put us in same category as the opioid crisis statistics because my pain is real and you do not know what lm feeling nonetheless your other patients Thank you

Yes, I need real pain medicine, not muscle relaxers. I am in a lot of pain. My mother got Vicodin for her pain through pain management and that's what I was expecting so I hope the next appointment i have, after she sees the X-rays and the MRI, that they will take my pain seriously and give me something that's going to help.

You could not recommend unnecessary treatments for a 30 year old injury. I don't need physical therapy to have a shot in my back.

My issues were addressed and questions answered Plan.was put in place. Great dr and team.

I was told to be at the office by 7:45 and no one was there and didn't get there until 8:04. This is unacceptable to me!

The doctor did not ask me what helps with my pain I've had fibromyalgia for years and have maintained with light stretching walking 2 to 3 times a day ice heat chiropractic adjustments and rest. I wanted to see if injections would help with my neck pain due to degenerative disk I did not want my fibromyalgia treated she wants me to do PT which did not help and actually hurt me more in the past. The surgeon also said PT would not help this condition that it was degenerative and injections would be most beneficial.

Have the patient be apart of having input into our healthcare with out our opinion being dismissed!!

There is no way that that facility is the best and the people are wonderful and the doctors are fantastic. I can't say anything but good and thank you.

Nothing. Dr Math is very thorough. Listens to everything that I say and explains to her. She makes a plan for my care and we follow through with it.

I must say, I feel everything was handled and done in a respectful manner and I couldn't have asked to be seen by a better staff! They were awesome!

It was hard to get the appointment. Other than that (and hearing news I didn't want to hear) the visit was professional and the outcomes and possible next steps were explained very clearly by the doctor.

Well considering you're pain management and I've been going for 6 months still in pain why are doctors afraid of treating PAIN,especially when you have the evidence of servere pain and you do nothing!! What's the point of going to pain management to walk out feeling hopeless and still suffering??

I don't think Dr.Math listened to my thoughts or what I was trying to get across. I felt like she was focused on back surgery as my treatment before we even talked about my problem. She did decide to put me on a medication. I did get a second opinion and it was a completely different diagnosis for my particular problem that fit more accurately with my symptoms.

All of the staff that I came in contact with treated me with care and respect. Very professional !

Best dr ever. My case was bad and she worked with til I got relief. I feel honored that my neurology dr referred me to her for my neck.

Written off because of age and the fact that I had scoliosis I have been doing high impact aerobics for 60 years and was ready to start back up until I had this injury with lifting and jerking my suitcases around.

She had studied my history and had great recommendations for improving my health and was very supportive in my questions regarding bone density as well as requesting an x-ray of my shoulder in order to brief my therapy team!! looking forward to seeing her again and have great confidence in her treatment plan!!!
