All round great team and I'm very happy with their care for me.

Well, I wasn't a new patient and they could have took me earlier. They took me in the evening and I always like to be seen in the morning. They need to check back and see when you're a new patient or what before they give you an appointment.

to be quite honest with you, I don't think that there was anything extra that the entire staff including Dr Doll could have done to make my appointment better...Just short of buying me lunch ch, and giving me gas money! and you ask, if I trusted Dr Doll with my treatment...I have already on several occasions, TRUSTED HIM WITH MY LIFE...Thank you Dr Doll and Staff!

There isn't anything I can say except that my annual visits have always been extremely efficient. As an example my apt was 4pm (H'crest) ...I arrived at 3:45 and all was completed and I left the parking lot at 4pm. Wonderful!

After being told I would be scheduled for a heart cath, I wasn't given any information at all about the process or what to expect. I had to send a lot of questions to the staff regarding the process, and after several messages, finally received a message explaining a bit about what to expect. I would have appreciated more time at the end of my appointment for Dr. Doll to walk me through everything.

I don't have anything as I feel fully valued as a patient with Dr. Doll and staff.

Faster appointment time.

No, this was a very positive experience. Delighted with my care at Prisma Health (except for the rather unfortunate billing issues relating to this visit and some others - not the problem of this practice, but unfortunately very time-consuming, expensive and frustrating for me. Dr. Doll, CCC and the staff were amazing - Prisma Health billing services much less so).

I have a problem with the medications that were offered to be prescribed because of their extremely high cost. And I need some help with someone trying to get me some help and how to obtain this with the type of insurance I have. Do you have social workers or someone on your PRISMA staff that can help me navigate this because I need help. Thank you.

I don't have any complaints, so I guess things went very well. Even found a good parking spot. Only had to wait less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Yep, I'm quite satisfied.

Everything was handled very well. Dr Doll is a great doctor & he takes very good care of me. The nurse is always sweet & attentive.

I've never had a bad experience when I have an appointment with Dr Doll. He has been my cardiologist for many years and has followed my mitral valve problems until it was time for me to have the valve replaced

I don't understand why one cardiologist thinks that it is urgent to have a procedure done soon when another cardiologist doesn't think that immediate care is necessary????

Verified that the genetic testing results had been received. I had hoped to learn whether I had the gene linked to my heart issue. Granted, the Prisma office does not analyze and report the sample, but the staff could follow through with the company conducting the analysis to ensure results received.

Dr. Doll, his group and his staff have treated me consistently with professionalism, sincere caring and respect. I have no criticism at all.
