It was hard entering the building with a narrow doorway. I have severe back pain and arthritis and realized I wouldn't be able to bring him in his stroller so I unfortunately had to carry him in his car seat which flared my pain up pretty badly as that was about 35lbs to carry

Dr. Praytor and his team provided wonderful care to our child. There is nothing they could have improved bc the team's care exceeded our expectations!

Everyone did a great job! Check in was quick and easy! The nurse was delightful and happy! Dr. Praytor was thorough in checking my daughter. We trust him. We have appreciated the children's clinic for years!

The nurse, is consistently rude to us every time we're there. My daughter and I are left uncomfortable with her and I've complained before and requested she not help care for my child but that request was ignored. Otherwise her Dr, the reception staff and the cleanliness was great.

The nurse seems scared to touch my child which seems strange for a pediatric office

Everything is always perfect when we go to visit your doctor.. my baby is always happy

Been more informative about the "old school" he said he was going to do. He did another swab of her nose and said he would call me with the results. When I sent a message to the office to ask how long the results would take, the nurse had no idea of what I was talking about. still have not heard from anyone.

Slow down and explain things more. Felt like the nurse moved quickly and expected us to know what to expect when it's our first child.

Honestly, we can't think of anything. Dr. Praytor and his nurse know our son. They make personal connections with him.
