My care was excellent

I feel like NP Jonnie Greene had a bad day or a chip on her shoulder. Her tone was much stronger than it usually has been. I have seen NP Jonnie Greene before in the past and it was a pleasant but yesterday it wasn't a pleasant visit.

Everything flowed excellently. Staff were all professional and knowledgable

My visit are always pleasant and beneficial to me. I feel Jonnie knows my history very well and takes into consideration my health, goals and directives, as well as my opinions in regards to my own health. I feel well respected, and I trust all the providers that I've seen entirely. The staff always greet me with a smile, and send me off in the same fashion, of which I greatly appreciate. That is why I continue to go here and to see these specific providers. I feel they are invested in my health.

The NP read my x ray before the radiologist (and winced when she opened the picture) and told me that I had severe arthritis that is highly concerning for someone my age. The next day when radiology read it they said everything looked fine. This NP then told me that she would refer me to an Ortho and to do PT instead. I sent a MyChart to my actual doctor (he didn't have room in his schedule for me that day) and he reviewed my x ray and referred me to an ortho. I did not appreciate the NP diagnosing me with a worst case when she clearly doesn't know what to look for on an x ray. If she wasn't sure, she should have waited until the radiologist reported. She had me extremely concerned without any basis.

Jonnie Greene, NP could not have been better! She gave excellent care and really seemed concerned about my well being!

All my experiences with Jonnie Greene have been excellent, especially this current appointment. She is always professional, courteous, very attentive to my needs and always asks me clarifying questions to ensure the appropriate recommendations I require to resolve my medical needs. This particular appointment she was experiencing the same issue I had (a very sore callus) and was able to empathize the pain I was experiencing. Her referring me to a podiatrist for continued care was an excellent recommendation.
