ALL WAS GOOD ?

Our first visit with Dr. Stephenson and Sebrina was perfect! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us understand the treatment plan they felt would be best for my cancer recurrence. Was hoping to never see an oncologist again, but am feeling blessed that I was able to get in with Dr. Stephenson and his team!

I was treated with respect and kindness.

The waiting areas were not organized, modern, or inviting. The chair in the hall facing the scheduling desks were off putting and uncomfortable. The main waiting area was badly layout out and hard to get in and out around other people waiting.

I don't see any need for improvement. The visit was perfect. The doctor, the nurse, everybody treated me with respect and it was a genuinely nice, great visit. So I just feel they were very personable and professional and I'd go there anytime and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I understand being behind but with this many years in this business/practice one would think that appointments regarding new concerns or treatment plans would need extra time and be scheduled accordingly. Requesting a patient to be there 15 minutes early and then still be an hour late from the start of scheduled appointment time was a bit much.

None- it was an excellent and very efficient visit!

Nothing- Dr. Stephenson is wonderful. He listens and he makes sure he answers all questions. Every person in his office is great.

I would have preferred to have felt like I was heard and seen and understood, not just another number or not an individual. I would like to have been treated like an individual.

I am very happy with my care team

I've been seeing Dr. Stephenson for just over 4 yrs. He was always very compassionate and reassuring throughout my journey. I always felt heard when expressing my concerns. I feel like we made a great team in getting to the point I'm at now which is 4+ years in remission from triple negative breast cancer. I am now discharged as his patient but will always continue to appreciate him. He's the best!

No. I enjoy going to this Doctor's office for their treatment towards me. The Doctor and staff are professional, knowledge of my case, always prompt to seeing me of my scheduled time. This office is an exceptional assest to the Prisma Health community.

Everything was fine. I didn't even have to wait for my three appointments. Was seen immediately for first and then same for other two.

Not anything I could have ask for. It has been a long time since I felt i got such one on one care. My dr. Took time to answer questions I have needed answered for a while and has such a wonderful personality. This made me so much better. The nurse was also very helpful. They are the best.

I sat for longer than I needed to sit bc I needed an injection and the infusion center didn't know I was ready. The nurse apologized but stated I didn't know you were sitting out here waiting.
