I have always felt this provide listened to my concerns but I feel assured with her helping my child or guiding me to the right place to get the help my child needs! I love this staffing

There was nothing that could be done differently. Dr Dingle and the entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't make us feel like a number. They really care about their patients. You can tell they love what they do.

The staff/phlebotomist in your laboratory didn't care much about the kids they stick. We went there with orders from Dr. Dingle's office for blood tests and we have a paper on hand for other labs that were ordered for my son from his primary care physician. The only blood she took was the order from the paper, she did not check her system for the orders of Dr. Dingle. When my husband reminded her of that, she didn't even react. Because of that neglect of duty, she had to stick my son twice. As for me, she is dealing with kids. She should atleast show some care.

No notes. Dr. Dingle and the entire staff in the pediatric rheumatology department go above and beyond in the level of care and accessibility for all matters.

I was pleased to have a resident learning during the visit. The resident took a lot of time with us and seemed to understand. The doctor did not take a lot of time and seemed to have the answer before talking to us. I'm sure she read the chart prior to coming in, but I was still left feeling that I wasn't listened to all the way.
