MY appointment was at 11:30am, I checked in online. I seen the doctor at 12:20pm. Who do I bill for my time?

Nothing. I fired a cardiologist yeas ago. The cardiologist I have now is fantastic and with his knowledge my life is far better now. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Recognize that all people are not the same and there is no one answer that fits all. In a world of variations, a simple definition does not fit every case. Dr. Baucum is very knowledgable but seems not to realize that every patient is different. He gets frustrated with me because I can fix my unique position to fit his uniform concepts.

I left the facility in tears and wish I hadn't gone.

It continues to be a problem for more than me to hear the receptionist and check-out person. Since the glass has been put up it is hard for older patients to hear what is being said. Perhaps, a microphone could be used or at least the people speaking with a louder voice.

I always have to wait and this visit was no exception. My appt was at 11:15. I arrived at 10:55. I was called back at 11:30 and sat in the examine room until 12:05, when the doctor came into the room. Not good.
