I have maintained, since the beginning, that this surgery was NOT medically necessary. I was just another person to prop up the books. On my first visit, I told the surgeon that no one has shown me any evidence, reports, scans, etc., that there is any thing wrong in my colon. At that moment, he showed me a CT from another provider. Based on that image, there was a mass in the upper quadrant of my colon, in the transverse and descending colon. When I awakened, there was a small incision across my umbilicus region. I mentioned that to the surgeon, and inquired how they got to my upper colon from my umbilicus region. His answer, "Modern medicine." I am convinced that he did not get, or do, what I was told was the plan. I have scheduled an appointment, on my on accord, for another CT. If, in fact, that mass is still in my transverse and descending colon, Prisma Health will be facing serious litigation(s). You should adopt an initiative of dialogue and oral communication.

Everything was perfect. Doctor and Nurses was very nice and answered all questions. The facility was very nice and clean.

All good. Shorter wait tomes for appointments would be good

My doctor not treating me differently because I don't trust blood products and letting me know I had the option to Donate my own blood before hand

No suggestions. As usual everyone and everything met my expectations. This includes the ladies at registration (I observed how they interacted with the patients and each other. Professional and pleasant) all the way through to the lady who checked me out.

Dr. Crockett is excellent. He called me after my CT scan to discuss results and "what next."

The nurse that took my weight was very kind and attentive. The doctor took his time to explain what was happening and gave me alternatives to fix my options.

The doctor didn't care about trying to see what was wrong with me and as soon as I got there and he came in he said why are you here and after me telling him my doctor sent me he said there nothing I can do for you . He was rude and do nonchalant and all he said was they just need to cut u hip to hip take it out and go about your business he was not caring at all I felt out of place

The overall visit went well. Doctor Crocket is well versed in his profession and knows how to engage his patients. The only concern was punctuality. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Did not get seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Also, after my initial conversation with Dr. Crockett, he told me to prep for the physical examination portion. It took almost 10 minutes for him to return to the room.

I was very comfortable with the care and treatment.

Love this doctor and his team. Shout out to the nurse assistant 100%. Sorry I forget his name!
