The appointments seem to be timed with 15 minutes being my guess. That's a bit disconcerting. Dr. Crosby and his staff are outstanding... just to emphasize that important point.

Appointment was for 11am, was to be there by 10:45am. Checked in by 10:35 but didn't see doctor until around 11:25.

I was very satisfied with my first medical review with Dr Crosby. I switched from the Emory system in Atlanta to Prisma and doing so was most difficult. Some of my Physicians would not provide referrals outside of Emory. This delayed my ability to get a new primary physician. Please help reach across the aisle and streamline the process.

stop pushing vaccines be open to making recommendations for diet changes, exercise, supplements, etc rather than wanting to push pharmaceuticals on patients which only treat symptoms. I am no longer prediabetic b/c of lifestyle changes...not medications.

Check in online was weird. My visit was scheduled as a follow up for lab work. But there was only options for health present issues. Which are not applicable.

You could give incentives to make young doctors stay in their positions. My last doctor left the practice and didn't return after lunch, and my gastro doctor just took another job in another city. That would be really appreciated.

Well, I have already seen a bill and my Medicare should take care of all of it, but I found out that my office where I used to work did not take me off their insurance so they had their insurance as primary and that's not so Medicare is my primary And then I have my supplement. I got it fixed and it's gonna take 10 days before you can bill me.

No idea as IMA is experlative in all ways. As a newer Upstate resident selecting Dr. Holden Crosby and IMA has been one of my best decisions.

You guys do a good job but please know Dr. Crosby is an excellent doctor.

Referrals should follow doctors orders exactly .

Doctor seemed rushed and did not care about what I had to say. Seem more like hurry up and see you so I can move on. Was in conversation for maybe 10 - 15 minutes

My clinical notes after the appointment were incorrect. I have brought this to the Doctors attention to correct. Not sure if he was thinking of the patient before me. Feeling a bit rushed.
