Better communication. I was told someone would call me back about lab work I wanted done but no one ever called. I had to call to set up a bloodwork appointment.

I honestly cannot think of anything else that could be done to take any better care of me! Dr. Story and her care team are excellent!! They already hit every mark! A+++

You could change your reminders in texts and MyChart NOT to show up 15 minutes early after check in. I did it myself and and showed up so early and then I had to wait. And wait! It was getting overwhelming.

They know my health and my need, they helped me when I need them the most. I want to get off pain pills ? and doctor story help me and conner the pharmacist, treat ment plan.

She was very helpful and friendly. Very nice the doctor and her nurse. I really enjoyed the visit.

They were great, I had trouble with my ride home from motive care and the manager and another staff member stayed after they were closed and contacted motive care for me on their own phone. They waited with me until the ride showed up. They were very helpful and courteous!

None...everything I want or need has been provided since my first visit. This group works like a well oiled machine; I made a good choice of Prisma locations and doctors.

Hi, yes. My experience with Dr. Story and her team has been amazing so far. She was very attentive to my needs and my concerns. Anything that I felt that I needed for myself, we addressed it and we made plans to take care of it. The nurse or the MA that checked me in was very good. Everyone was just very courteous. From the time that I walked in the door, got checked in, got called back and saw Dr. Story and left, everything was great. So I appreciate it.

The nursing staff did a good job of, taking care of me.

I couldn't have ask for anything to go better. Unless we could re-locate the office. I live a good distance away. The entire staff was wonderful from the front desk, visit w my doctor to checking out.

If the office staff were as good as the doctor, the people making their appointments messed up a couple of times which really messed me up with the amount of pain I had to endure waiting on an appointment they told me I had and then I found out last minute it's not when they told me it's another day
