I found Dr. Francisco Rojo to be very professional. He treated me exceptionally well, and all my concerns were satisfactorily addressed. I have absolutely no complaints; on a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 10. Thank you to Prisma for having doctors like Dr. Rojo, and of course, thank you to Dr. Rojo himself.

PA read symptom checker questions off of the PC - not real re-assuring - seemed to repeat questions already answered. He did listen and do as we asked and answered verbal questions from us very well.

This facility was amazing in the time it took for me to be in and out. The lab nurse was so impressive drawing blood that it wasn't even a bad experience. I was most worried about the blood being drawn and she was very good at her job. Thank you !
