Needs to answer direct and explain more in detail making sure the patient understands Having more than one stroke is very important and me as the patient needs to know my medical condition better not in a rush. 15 minutes is not enough time sometimes!!!!

I think everyone was doing what they were supposed to and the appointment was good. Providers were thorough and also good.

My care was good no other suggestions at this time.

They could have recognized my plight in terms of scheduling and see me quicker.

I wish when I called to make an appointment I was called back. I probably left 10 voicemails asking for a call back. Does anyone check messages?

Dr Lowe and as was nice listened today i was my saying

Im going to say that Dr. Lowe is the most caring neurologist that I have ever known of, he sincerely cares with my issues and appears he is not going to give up on me. He heard me, he listened to me and I walked out with hope and the upmost confidence in him. I couldn't think of ONE thing I'd change about my experience with Dr. Lowe. I feel blessed to have him as my neurologist!

I would like to request a new provider I feel like Dr Lowe is listening to me and bushes me off like I'm just another "Stroke patient ". When I tried to explain there may be something more wrong with my speech he dismiss entirely He rescheduled me for another year but hopefully I will have another provider then, one who listen and cares. I have get this of treatment from Prisma Providers lately. What's the problem.

We have no criticism at all about our treatment of this sweet doctor. I appreciate, and my husband, who is under his care, appreciates whatever he has done. We appreciate his referrals. We appreciate everything that he could have possibly done for my husband. And I do appreciate it, and he appreciates it. So thank you very much. Goodbye.

No everything was perfect

I feel no need for change. I am especially pleased and impressed with the timely manner in which I am always called back and seen so promptly by my doctor... and am never rushed.

We were appreciative of the "bed side manner"of Dr. Lowe. He was focused, ask lots of questions. Answered questions when ask. He was helpful as he confirmed my observations of my wife's condition. It was obvious to me that there was something other than a CVA event that was causation to her mobility issues and her change in voice quality. He recommends more neurological cognitive evaluation. Which we agreed.

Be able to get in quicker than I did because this was the 1st time I have had a problem with the blood flow to my brain and the Dr at LMC wanted me to see Dr Lowe for a second opinion. It took 5 months to get in with him because he was booked up. That's a good problem to have if you are not a patient. All and all it was a nice visit.

Everyone was very professional, and I was treated very well. Thank you for taking good care of me.
