I was satisfied with my first visit to Dr Eric he seems to be very nice and respectful.

Everything was excellent.

It is extremely confusing parking in the garage because the elevator levels do not match the locations of the floors of the hospital. There are no signs or maps telling a person how to get from the parking garage to the correct level of the hospital. That drastically needs to be improved.

I wish that it had been a sooner appointment because it did take a while to get in to begin with. But everyone there was excellent and kind.

Couldn't have been better

I felt y'all did everything nice and in a respectable way and I would refer y'all to any, anybody to come to y'all and I thank y'all very much.

Had requested an earlier initial visit appointment but never heard back from the Patewood facility. Called the Greenville Memorial office and the representative got me an earlier appointment for the initial visit. They were also helpful getting an earlier surgery date.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

I can't think of anything. I was greeted quickly and personably.

I made an appointment to have my port removed, a simple minor surgery but, I didn't get what I came for, I was asked to return another time. I prepaid the visit $150 for nothing. My husband accompanied me, he and I are both doctors with very busy practices and we cancelled patients just for this procedure. We are also taking care of patients and needed by them. At least have the courtesy to understand our situation and accomodate our time for patients sake.

Initially could have explaind more clearly what needed to be done so we did not need it repeated.

Better directions, the place from parking to the office is a maze and trying to find your car when leaving is a joke . There was at least 6 of us lost. We all just keep walking and laughing

It is hard to find the right place to go for the dr visit. maybe some arrows or more people to help find the way. The place is a MAZE!!!!!! I got lose trying to find my parking lot and I noted before zi left my car the parking lot number. It was still hard to find my way back. NO ONE TO ASK. It's hard for me to walk for long ways. I wandered around for a long time trying to find my way!!

Don't go over everything I just filled out online before my appointment. I am ok with confirming medicine to remove from my profile.

Everyone was very hospitable, professional and courteous. You have a remarkable team. I saw no need for improvement. Thanks to the staff. Dr.McGill was very pleasant and explained his answers and recommendations very well.

It would have been nice for one provider, just one provider to believe me when I said that something wasn't right. I was pushed off and I was told that I'm just too sensitive and I am now in the hospital a week later still with my issues unresolved.

Dr McGill is always courteous and listens to me . Allows me to ask questions and answers them .

Dr McGill did a great job I was having pain in the bone in my right hand . The surgery hand. I forgot to ask him about this I guess my answer would be to have someone call you next day and ask did you have anymore questions. Thank you
