Everything was great!

The nurse who attended to me took my BP manually after using machine. The machines you have in all Prisma facilities are always high and inaccurate.

Everything was fine and they don't have to change anything from what I can see

Able to see my doctor, PA or NP in a timely manner. I had to go to an urgent care center the first time to be treated for my respiratory condition. I have asthma and not getting a respiratory infection dealt with quickly is a real problem for me. Very disappointed that wasn't made to happen.

The staff is welcoming, caring, and helpful. Dr. Eric listens to your questions and is very thorough.

I would suggest that every time I use a Prisma doctor or facility, you don't survey me afterwards. I've seen quite a few doctors and facilities and it's rather stressful, but I'm very happy with all my Prisma doctors.

Dr Marler took proactive action by ordering additional tests to ensure my future health.

None. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Marler and staff. I really appreciate his proactive care and attention to concerns.

Nothing comes to mind. Dr Marler is an excellent doctor and one that cares deeply for his patients. Always researches all Prisma tests / other doctors input and is on top of my care.

The staff is great but Prisma has the doctors so tightly scheduled that it interferes with the opportunity for patients to bring up new concerns. The doctors don't have time to ask "what else is on your mind or concerning you about your health" because Prisma has them on a schedule that rushes them off to the next appointment. As a patient I need to be bold and strong enough to bring up a new concern on my own if I find the doctor is ready to wrap up and move on when I still have something on my mind.

I believe that when you're there for your annual visit or yearly visit, there should be more time allotted. I feel bad actually for the doctor because I know usually you have a lot more questions and I feel like the time frame was not really allocated properly between patients. That's just basically how I felt. However, Dr. Marler was awesome and answered all the questions I needed answered and I know I can always reach out to him through the portal. Thank you so much.

The computer system seems to mix up my prescriptions. No fault of the staff.

I was taken on time but waited more than & half & hour to see the Dr. Then it felt like he was rushing to get to the next person. I left they're not knowing why I was experiencing feeling off balance. This is not like him.

No. Dr. Marler and the staff here are wonderful and efficient. I was seen on time. Dr. Marler knew all my history I had sent him since last visit. He listens, is knowledgable, compassionate and kind. I very much appreciate having him as a provider in an area that is really lacking in the standard primary care. I feel well taken care of and he will do everything to help me even between visits, he is always responsive. He wants to help.

I do not have any recommendations because I always receive exceptional service while I'm there.

I think you are doing the best you can.

Drastically need to update patient bathroom in the lab. The flooring appears dirty because of staining. There is no sink. It looks like something that should be in a bus station not a healthcare facility.

Give the doctors more time per patient it is offensive the length of time it takes for the doc to come into the room. An hour wait is ridiculous .

The provider was pressed for time to keep within our 10 min limit. We did not have time for me to address some of my issues

I appreciated that I was offered the alternative blood pressure check. The BP devices throughout Prisma always give ridiculous high readings. That's been my experience.

This is a wonderful provider and his staff is excellent.

Would have thought someone there could helped more and we would have had a need met that without without having to schedule 5 days later. Felt like it was another way it can be all about money.

I did not feel like the doctor genuinely cared about me as a person. The visit was very rushed, and I do not feel like he was listening. I did not even have an opportunity to discuss other issues that I was concerned about regarding my Libre. I could tell that he was ready to get out of the office and onto the next person.
