The staff was very professional, very nice. There's no other, nothing else could be done. But very satisfied. Thank you.

The nurse that checked me in on my 3/11 visit was not friendly, gave the feeling she didn't like her job, or was experienced at taking blood pressures. She used wrong size cuff that popped off. Then she used the correct size but did not put it on correctly. The reading came out unusually high. Thank goodness I always bring in my b/p readings I take every day. Was surprized at this, as Prisma Health employees have been so kind and positive attitudes always.

The nurse who gave me the pneumonia vaccine was the weak link in the care I received at the visit. While she was pleasant, I don't think she had the best skill in administering a shot, and she missed the spot of the injection with the bandaid by about a half inch. I had blood on my sleeve.

Everyone acted very respectfully & professionally.

Initial intake nurse is efficient, carried out duties well. Slowing down just a little, maybe a greeting, introduce self, the general procedure name i.e., nurse intake or whatever brief intro fits. This brief intake just seemed slightly rushed and impersonal. For the most part, the contact staff were friendly and clear with their service.

Dr.MacInnis is always prompt in completing was she says she is going to do. She listens and thinks of other things that may be causing problems. Then she follows up on tests for further clarity to solve the problem. Very sharp and knowledgeable

What you are doing now is working to encourage people to choose this facility and the doctors here. Word of mouth by the patients is the best advertisement. Keep up the good work.

I am a new patient of Dr. MacInnis, and I am absolutely ecstatic to have her as my new primary physician. That may not be the answer to the question you asked, but you all need to know that she meets all of the qualifications of a good doctor. Thank you very much.

Perhaps a more prominent security presence. There were some interesting things taking place in the lobby while I was there. Difficult clientele.

Sometimes when clients receive bills they are not always from prisma health. Sadly not all your employees have this knowledge. Please educate the secretaries on all the places we may potentially receive bills.
