Elizabeth Lowery Orr, BC, FNP

Elizabeth Lowery Orr, RN, MSN, APRN, MSN- Ed, ANVP-BC, is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader at Prisma Health. As Lead Advanced Practice Provider for the Department of Medicine, she champions clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and provider engagement across a complex health system. With over 15 years of neurology expertise, Elizabeth has advanced stroke care, built onboarding and education programs, and co-founded the Up-to-Date APP Conference, a multi-specialty event drawing hundreds annually. She is board-certified as an Advanced Neurovascular Practitioner and holds a faculty appointment at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Greenville. Known for her collaborative leadership, Elizabeth has driven systemwide initiatives in credentialing, APP retention, and quality improvement. A published author and sought-after presenter, she is committed to advancing access, quality, and innovation while serving patients, colleagues, and the South Carolina community with compassion.
