I was very disappointed with the waiting area it was HORRIBLE. This was my first time ever in a waiting room that seem uninviting. I always watch HGTV in the waiting area of ALL my doctor offices. It makes the wait much easier for any one who feel nervous about being at the doctor office and serves as a distraction. There was 2 BIG INTIMIDATING signs that said NO CELL phones ALLOWED. It made me feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed just so unfriendly. I have NEVER seen signs like that in a waiting area....NEVER! or NO TV. It really felt like a college infirmary...basic and no comfort including the hard chairs. I 100% hated the waiting room. Please improve this part its very important to have a welcoming entry to an office. The staff and provider were TOP TIER! They made the experience a pleasant one in a cold uninviting waiting space.

Everything went very well. There is no need for any improvements. I am pleased with my office visit. The doctor and staff are great professionals.

Greater regard for medication reconciliation, it always gets skipped even when I verbally said there were old meds on there. That list is a hot mess.

Ensured that the front desk clerks are trained in how to answer certain questions regarding appointments. If unsure, get help from a team lead or supervisor.

Yes, everyone was professional and did what they were supposed to do. I was treated well. I appreciated that very much. I wish the facility could have been a little bit cleaner. That was a little something I noticed the first time I came as well. But the professionalism of the people was on point and I appreciated that. Thank you.

I would've preferred, as a nonbinary person, to be treated less "woman-ly." Instead of assuming a desire to breast feed should I get pregnant and give birth, I wish it would have been questioned instead. Having a vagina does NOT equal womanhood.

I felt totally respected and I completely trust the care that I received during my visit. The only complaint that I really have is how long it takes to get your test results for any issues like yeast or bacterial infections these c kind of issues should be expedited because the symptoms are so unpleasant or the patient may have to travel out of town and may not be able to retrieve any meds before leaving if results take more than a day.
