Dr went out of his way to care for my injury and answer questions

Dr. Koon showed me my x-rays and explained in detail what they represented. He made sure I understood what he was explaining to me. The entire staff was very helpful and respectful in my treatment.

My visit with Dr. Koon was exceptional! I found him to be kind, considerate and understanding. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by everyone I came in contact with.

This is my second experience with dr. Koon. The left knee replacement was excellent and is working well after three years. His team seems well organized and worked with out any direction. Hoping for another new functioning knee??????? And getting back to an active lifestyle

I can honestly say that I can't think of a thing. Everyone was and is so very kind from the moment you walk through the front doors. Walking in there is not like walking into a place where you should feel nervous about your visit. But when you walk through the front door and are greeted with such kindness, and everyone you encounter greets you with kindness, the nervousness you felt is gone. I wish all hospitals were like this one.

Prisma ( Parkridge ) is a top notch medical facility. I've always received great care and attention. Also, Dr. David KOON jr. should be considered for an award for his " exceptional and excellent " surgical knowledge. !!!

The doctor was not prepared and had not reviewed past treatments and my past MRI. He discounted everything I asked but never explained why what I had recommended would not work. He did not seem to know what he was doing and very arrogant.

Have only had one bad experience at Parkridge. Granted is was a terrible experience with the ER but all my doctors and their staff have always been great!
