My main concern was dismissed despite asking about it I had to follow up after my apt to get my concern taken care of

I had a great experience at my appointment. Dr Toutenel is an amazing doctor. I would not change anything.

I was not seen until 35 minutes after my appointment time.

I had a 10am appointment, I didn't see the doctor until around 10:45. I was sitting on the table for a long time in the gown and sheet waiting, which is uncomfortable and awkward. Maybe the doctor should come in first to talk with you, then step out for you to change, then come back in for the exam. Especially if the schedule is running behind and it's going to be a long wait like I experienced.

Dr. Toutenel and her staff are wonderful, I have nothing to add .

I cannot think of anything. I believe that Dr. Toutenel is the best gynecologist that I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable, understanding, respectful, and kind. I feel like I am in the best hands ever. She caught something way back years ago where I was misinformed about a test result. It was something very important for me going forward.

This was first visit and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Toutenel, her nurse and the entire staff. They were courteous, highly knowledgeable, patient, explained everything, answered all my questions, took their time with me, and were gentle. Also very thorough and proactive in treatment procedures. Office was meticulously clean.

Dr. Toutenel is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to ask questions, listens and gives a thorough exam. She never a makes you feel hurried as many doctors do today. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation.

Dr. Toutenel is a wonderful and caring doctor. She listens and truly cares about your health. She takes her time with you and I feel you get the best possible care with her. She's very personable and respectful! She is super sweet!! The nurses are very nice and they listen to you as well. They talk to you and make you feel comfortable. The front staff are very warm and welcoming. The office seems to run so smoothly. They all make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Toutenel and her staff to all women! Hands down, they are the best!! I can't say it any better than they are just awesome!!
