I was cared very well but the time spent in the waiting area was rather noisy. No one was paying attention to the sign asking patients to limit their use of cell phones.

My doctor is amaizing and listens attentively and is truly concerned about my health and bad habits and has suggested solutions. Dr Buchanan is the best.

The service was very good.

The NP made faces as I explained previous care that had been received and explanations that had been given by physicians. It wasn't clear if she didn't believe me or the treatment and explanations that had been received.

I told the MA I did not want to be weighed. She continued to use terminology saying I "had to get weighed". I told her I did not need to and did not feel comfortable. The rest of my time with her she continued to roll her eyes at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Everyone was great. Best Dr office I have been to!

Yes, Mrs. Chelsea Buchanan is a great PA. She's very attentive to what I need as far as my health care. She's doing a wonderful job, and I trust her.

I asked for support to know if my pancreas is making insulin. While my doctor agreed to that approach, if there were any done, I don't know what they might be. The 2 noted in a Google search, amylase and lipase tests, have no results in my Mychart search. So, I still don't know if my pancreas is acting normally.
