Everything was great!

I don't have any ways to improve. I think everything was great. And I would just like to show my appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Fox and her team after my surgery. I've never had a surgeon call me to check on me to make sure that I was okay. And she did exactly that. And I am ever so grateful for her, her staff, and her team, and all of that for the care that they have shown and provided over the last few months that I've been able to work with them. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Fox and her team. So thank you. Thank you so much, Dr. Fox.

Nothing! Dr. Fox has listened to me and has taken great care of me in my journey and I'm so grateful that I was put in her care! She's truly a blessing!

Overall it was a really great experience I was extremely nervous going in and always feel weirdly embarrassed about my blood pressure being high from my nerves and the nurse and doctor didn't make any comments on it (safe high by the way not emergent). Everyone waited for me in the hallway if I had to use the rest room so I didn't have to wander and I love that. Waiting room was calm and quiet, office staff was knowledgeable and kind. I laughed multiple times despite probably being the most nervous I had ever been for an appointment. The team has been responsive to my chart messages. I honestly can't think of anything you could do better at this stage of my care. Other than having to make a 15 point turn to get my truck out of the parking structure I left feeling 100 times better than when I came in. Also would like to recognize the kindness and warm smiles and small talk from the ultrasound tech and clinical coordinator (I think that's her official title) who drew my blood. I have never had an ultrasound and felt 2000% comfortable and informed. And despite being a nurse myself getting my blood drawn makes me a little uneasy...10/10 experience. Thank you all so much!

Hi, it has been really hard to get appointments and get the right amount of information from the nursing staff for the doctors. It feels like they are only giving little pieces and they're spacing it out and it is taking a really long time to work through a process that could have been taken care of in one office visit instead of four.

Nothing - I've always felt cared for in an unbiased manner when working with the staff

Finance department is rude and did not trust they ran my secondary insurance

Dr. Fox was absolutely amazing. The visit went really well. She listened carefully, gave me very sage advice, and definitely feel like she advocated for me even.
