Dr Kanos, was very attentive, and knew my case. He handled all my questions very well was very straightforward which I loved. No problem with discussion of my health and well-being. In his plan to take care of me. Looking into all labs, X-rays and MRIS. Very pleased with his service his promptness and his attention.

Dr Kanos is the Best! He was recommended to me by a friend. I would recommend him to anyone who has spinal/back problems.

It would be great if scheduling could be improved. I know that a lot has to be coordinated and more doctors and facilities are needed and expensive but each day/week/month that goes by could result in further damage and pain is a distinct probability.

You are very busy but Dr Kanos was extremely helpful and explained my situation very well. He even apologized for the time it takes to get an appointment with him which only speaks to how good he is at what he does

Everything went well, I just wish the appointment schedule was more controllable and the wait for treatment was not so far out. However, when your healthcare team is the absolute best, everyone is trying to to get into se them.

I have only been to Dr. Kanos office 2-3 times and everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints!

Dr Charles was wonderful, answering my questions and helping with all my worries.

I appreciate Dr. Kanos' surgical skills though he has a dismissive and aggravated way at appointments face to face.

The staff in Dr Kanos office is courteous and respectful! Dr Kanos is patient and explains treatment plans in detail. He reviews his opinion on care plans and surgical options then offers the opportunity to ask questions. Does not seem rushed at all even though I am aware he has a very busy schedule.

It was a "second opinion" visit, but I would have liked to have been offered a follow-up appointment. I would definitely prefer for the surgeon I saw to take over my care.

Dr. Kanos was wonderful. I didn't get the appointment I needed was because he was all booked, not his fault. I don't see a nurse so I had to answer no that that question. I can trust the doctor & his staff completely.

He could have explained the MRi more . I was concerned bc I read I had a stroke and I brought it up and no one mentioned anything about that

I visited to find out about a treatment that had been done and I was supposed to talk with my doctor to find out what was found. The doctor could not find any of the information from this treatment. He did show us on his computer what my problem was. Information about my previous visit was not found.

You could answer your phones when people call to make an appointment. First call rang 38 times then disconnected Ten minutes later Second call rang 32 times then disconnected. Billing answered on 5th ring they sent me over to office appointments

The doctor came in and did not even introduce himself. Never called the patient by his name. Verified pain placement with patient by touching the place of pain.. The doctor proceeded to say sorry I cannot help you and had us follow him out to exit the facility.

slow the whole process down. That's with me having hydrocephalus. My memory, my short-term memory is not that good. And just need to make sure I understand what the doctors are telling me or saying to me before I leave. Other than that, things are going really well. Thank you very much.

Well, I was, there was overflow in the hospital, so I was in recovery room all night, and I, it was just not a very nice experience. No food, no, it was just, I had, but other than that, it was great, thank you.

Have more time with the doctor. While he is obviously a great surgeon and has done surgery on my back before, he goes very fast. It would be nice to get a printout of exactly what vertebrae he plans to do what to. Two days after my visit there is no after visit summary in MyChart.

The follow up post-op visit was perfect without any issues. Dr Kanos is a fantastic doctor.

The only negative is I wasn't allowed to make an appointment for soon after my mri, until the mri had been completed which only delayed surgery. On a positive note, the office runs like a well oiled machine. The Dr. even apologized for being late and we had only been in the room a few minutes. Everyone has been great to work with.

The appointment was very fast, didn't seem like it lasted more than 5-7 minutes.

The rn or the individual who took notes for the Dr said nothing did not introduce herself was borderline rude. Dr kanos is of the charts good very kind very interested in the case plus very out of the box in his approach to my possible diagnosis...we weren't even sure the referrals had been done until we checked my chart...referrals were NOT on documents given to us at check out ...front desk folks very friendly and helpful

Everyone at this office has gone above and beyond in providing excellent care to me while I suffered from extreme sciatic nerve pain. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Kanos and his staff because of the way they took care of me when I needed help the most.

Dr...No compassion. No plan "he changed his mind". Left me in tears and had no words of encouragement. I'll contact my Endocrinologist for a new referral.

Dr. Kanos was aware of my medical history and provided me with therapy options to help me with my gait, and balance . He also explained that my nerve issues had not progressed from 2021. I could not be more pleased with the care that Dr. Kanos provided.

We came in the wrong door but the staff at that desk and the security guard were most kind and put me in a wheelchair and got me to the right floor and then the security guard came back and got me after the visit. I was very impressed with Dr. Kanos and his staff and he is ready to help me with my condition as soon as possible. Support was offered before we even asked. Treated very nice by all staff in the office.
