Dr. Opalak was amazing. He was knowledgeable and had a very calming manner. He took the time to explain everything

The room where we were taken seemed to have no HVAC working. No air was moving and it was stuffy and too warm. We have experienced this in other Prisma locations too often. We would never keep our home operating with no air circulating.

Nothing else. Just want to say Dr Opalak went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. Incredible appreciative.

Nothing, Dr.Opalak listens to his patients and explains things that are understandable to medically layman people. He really is wonderful and we're lucky to have him in Greenville.

Offered alternatives for X-ray since the wait was so long. I want to note that the X-ray tech stayed amazingly positive despite having 2 other techs missing. My

I've been seeing Dr Opalak over the course of several years. The staff in his office are always wonderful, kind and caring. If there were an improvement I cannot think of it.

Building appears "run down" ...needs renovation

It was absolutely good experience. Dr was extremely knowledgeable and remember of my visit and case two years ago.
