The front desk needs to be friendlier I felt like I was interrupting their day. The CMA was great and as always Dr F was great. I do wish after spending 10 minutes of my day doing my e-check in and going thru my health history, med reconciliation, depression screening that the staff could see that and not ask me all the questions again.

Front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional. They discussed very inappropriate personal things very loudly.

Making annual appt at the end of visit. I missed my annual by not making the next appointment at the end of the actual visit

Navigating doctors visits postpartum or after surgery can be hard. I think one thing that would be helpful would be having a bench in the changing area so that people who have had surgery or baby are more comfortable with removing garments and bending over to pick up their personal items. There wasn't anywhere to sit or put things on in this area, and I think it would make things easier if there were. I feel it's imperative that you consider this for patients.

Everyone was wonderful and made efforts to transform a stressful experience into an empowering one. I am terrified of doctors and have had so many times when I was ignored, not communicated with, or belittled for my trauma and pain. This visit made me feel so comforted and supported. The only thing I can suggest is being more forthright about that in the office. I'd love to see inclusive language and posters. Some colorful decor that promotes informed consent and fosters a trustworthy environment from the start would be excellent as well!

Stop making the emphasis so much about staff attitude and facility cleanliness and focus more on affordable healthcare and medicine. I'm not speaking affordability for the minority, I'm speaking for the majority.
