Everyone in the office was very courteous and kind. My doctor was amazing. Even though it was my first visit I feel very confident in her care.

It wud be great if I cud get a real person to talk to when I call the office. Also, the e-check in is a joke as it expects too many answers to questions already answered in pre-appt questionnaire. It's faster just to walk in & let them know I've arrived.

I recently transferred from Prisma Family to Prisma Internal. I was with the Family Practice for 4 years. This is the first time in 6 years (prior PCP included) that the PCP talked to me, worked to understand my health, and discussed options for health and medication. This is the first time in those 6 years (still including Prisma Family) where I did not feel that I was directing my medication and we had a productive conversation and created a treatment plan rather than the rinse-wash-repeat care I had been receiving.

Everything was A++++

She has been the first doctor that has asked questions and explain diagnosis & symptoms. I am so glad to have found her through my daughter. We are both very impressed with her.

I love the addition of Dr Traylor to this office. I was leery about the retirement of my former provider, but I think I am actually more comfortable with Dr Traylor than I was with my previous provider!

Dr. TRAYLOR is absolutely the very BEST doctor I have ever had. She listens, explains and always, always, always shows concern for her patients wellbeing. A blessing. Her nurse ( sorry can't remember her name at the moment) is so kind and compassionate. Very nice. Makes you feel comfortable.

Getting in for an establishment of care appointment took a little longer than I would have liked.

I thought everything was fine. My Dr. Was very thorough and did a great job.

I was blown away by the care before the doctor even saw me. The doctor provided the best attention to my care and to my current needs than I have ever had. I changed my primary doctor with my insurance company to Doctor Traylor when I returned home!

I'm a paraplegic and use a wheelchair. The front desk is high and the people can't hear me. I'm surprised the building is new and doesn't have a lower counter there. Also there needs to be a sign marking the driveway to the building.
