Cassandra Lee Greene, DO

Dr. Cassie Green is a family medicine physician with Prisma Health. Originally from Indianapolis, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and completed a master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Liberty University. She went on to complete her residency training in family medicine at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where she chose to continue practicing.

Dr. Green provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns and children to adults and seniors. Her clinical expertise includes preventive care, management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, women’s health services, and in-office procedures. She values the breadth and continuity of family medicine, caring for multiple generations within the same family and building long-term relationships with her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, often visiting local parks, the zoo, and the children’s museum.
