This facility has an issue. When check in for a nurse visit, the front desk doesn't always inform them I have arrived. On two separate occasions I have waited up to 45 minutes for a nurse to call me back.

Dr. Edwards's compassionate manner and expertise is much appreciated in managing my care. He's very thorough in reviewing every aspect of my care which provides a high level of trust for me and my wife. We always leave feeling that I'm in good hands with Dr. Edwards at the helm.

This has nothing to do with Dr Edwards!But I made an appointment with colonopsy Dr cause I had a hinea herina repaired in 2017 and I could tell it had come loose.And it feels like it's now pushing on my heart and some times it gets caught in my ribs .I hate wearing a braw cause it's not comfortable anymore.But I was told they didn't want to do anything unless it causes problems.!That's the only reason I went to them! So I don't understand stand!

First of all I refuse to wear a mask - they do no good! The front desk person was snippy when I told her I do not wear masks. When are we going to give this up? Wearing a mask is useless - I have bad balance and eyesight and I can't see well over a mask. The front desk girl said "It is our policy because we have so many elderly people in here" I let her know that I was one of those elderly people.

The person(s) at the receiving desk needs to speak to the person NOT the the screen they are looking at ! Most older people have a hearing problem so talking to the screen thur an enclosure does not help with the instruction or information needed.

It would help to have lab draws start at 7 am.

There isn't anything else you could have done. The staff is always kind, respectful, courteous and professional. They all deserve raises. Joi and Dr. Carter Edwards are amazing at what they do and I appreciate them more than they know. So far, they are real keepers, lol. Thank you.

If you have an appointment for a time. I was taken more than 15 minutes later and waited another 5 minutes.

Nurse was kind and polite as usual.Dr Edwards is always very professional. he explained my labs and discussed my meds. He has a very pleasant manner always. Makes sure before I leave if there are any question I need to ask.. Sets my next appointment date,and says to remember to call the office if need to or have questions that comes up later.

Dr Edwards is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen, and I have been to many many doctors down through the years.
