I love the visit. Just took months to get a appointment.

There's nothing more to add. The medical staff was great. Dr. McAdams was more than awesome. Her attention to detail and advice is always given with stern respect. She's amazing. She showed concern but can relate to the normalcy of things. She makes me proud and she motivates me to want to do better.

Dr McAdams supported me by helping me understand exactly what I needed to change. She does not just give you a list of things to do. She's hands on and makes sure you understand exactly what you need to change to make you healthier. One step at a time and one meal or drink at a time. Very professional and very detailed.

The lady who "supposedly" checked me in for my 10am appointment didn't actually check me in. 10:30am came around and everyone else who had gotten there after me was already going back... so, I waited and waited and more people went back and at 10:43am the same lady who supposedly 'checked me in' said she FORGOT to check me in!!! So, I waited a few minutes and was taken back. I knew something had happened because everyone else had gone back. :-(

No suggestions. Provider and staff were amazing!

Dr. McAdams is great. Scheduling an appointment with her is difficult because of her schedule. I specifically wanted to see Dr. McAdams so I was willing to wait until I could obtain an appointment with her.

None! Dr. McAdams and her staff are fantastic. The only issue I have had is not getting timely responses to messages via MyChart.

The Dr. did more than enough to make my visit one with ease and support. She offers trust and support for the whole family.

There is no way to improve my visit to this practice. Everyone was professional, treated me with respect and knew my condition. The Dr. was very familiar with my history and treated me according to that and my current issues. I left feeling refreshed after the nightmarish night I had in the Prisma Baptist ER on the 15th - 16th. Thank God for this group of compassionate medical servants of the people.

Dr. McAdams was very thorough in sharing my health questions I had and concern about my well-being. She shared a lot of valid and important information on ways to improve my diet. And went over my labs and discuss my thyroid level. Thank you, Dr. McAdams for all you do.

Don't schedule alleged mandatory meetings the same time my medical appointment is scheduled then expect me to be okay waiting for an hour while yall do other see and see other patients.. Make sure the bloodwork tests sent to be completed are actually completed. When I show up having met Well Beyond my medical goals act like it's a big deal, which it was. But felt like a stranger at a medical office where I've been a patient for nearly four years. Extremely disappointed. Considering finding another healthcare system. It was bad. Do you actually want to be my medical care team?

Dr Brooke McAdams is always very knowledgeable and courteous when attending to me. She is very thorough when she reviews my progress with me concerning my diabetes. She's a great listener and full of advice when it comes to managing my diabetes. She's certainly been helpful to me along this journey.

I could not have been cared for better by anyone. Dr. McAdams makes me feel safe by truly listening to my concerns, and trying to solve issues to improve my health. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had, backed up by a kind and supportive staff.

people at the front desk could have greeted me versus just saying name and also the people at the front desk need to stop gossiping about patients where other patients can hear them.

I have to assume hands were washed before entering room. I don't remember there being a sink in the room but there may have been one.

I am caregiver for my mother who is a new patient there. The doctor was wonderful. I like it when their nurses introduce themselves to the patient & family when they take you to the exam room and they do intro before taking patient's vitals signs.
