My experience with all staff was very good. I am a retired nurse so i'm very familiar with how appts, and staff should be treated. This is my first experience with the Prisma Health system, I am happy with my experience today and will continue to entrust my medical care to my PCP Brittany Ellis.

I absolutely love my provider already she was caring and actively listening and she definitely knew her stuff and was right on top of what's going on when other providers missed it

During my visit i was treated great all staff was respectful and courteous your staff is very professional

This place is awesome. From the front desk, through the appointment and onto checking out. Everyone is great and easily the best doctor office I have ever been to.

I have always been provided with excellent care by this office and everyone is always professional and nice. I do not see any need for improvement.

Visit was excellent, as always. Only issue I "see", and it's not to do with the visit, is billing Aetna and/or Medicare. The billing system doesn't really say WHO covered services, just that 'x' amount was covered.

I had an 8am appointment. It was extremely cold that morning. I got texts asking if I was there yet and had been advised to show up early for my appointment. But, I along with others were outside the facility at 8am in the cold waiting for the door to open. It would have been nice to simply go in the lobby and wait where it was warm instead of having to go up to the door to see if someone had opened it.

The only thing I would suggest is during flu/covid season, make sure masks are available & encouraged for those who are coughing/sneezing in the waiting room, as well as those who are waiting.

Needed help with my insomnia. Insurance would not pay what doctor suggested. Gave me a alternative.
