us older people have hearing problems so looking at us or speaking louder always helps especially if we tell you. chomping on your gum or rolling your eyes has always been bad and needs to stop

Nothing at all. She is great. I'll stick with her as long as she's working and I'm here.

None. It was so refreshing to be seen at Prisma. My only complaint was the food smell coming in to the building. It was overwhelming, so much so, that I could smell it on my clothes after I left.

The two ladies at check-in & checkout were not particularly friendly. I felt like I was bothering them at their job.

The furniture in the waiting room needs to be refinished. The wood is showing where and the waiting area generally is lesser quality and appearance than other waiting areas at prisma. The nurse was above average for prisma. And the doctor was excellent. This was my first visit to rheumatology.

The referral was necessary at the time of the concern. The visit focused primarily on x-rays and record keeping in MyChart. I expected more. For now, I will continue to be treated by my orthopedist and forego follow-up with the rheumatologist.
