I felt the staff and everybody there was highly trained, knew what they were doing, and very professional on everything they did, took care of me, explained to me and the wife everything that needed to be explained on how the post-op and pre-op was going to go, kept updates to the wife. So my overall out of a 10, 10 being the highest, I give them a 10. Thank you very much and appreciate it.

Only comments are that it seemed like a long time between injury and surgery date, and that having to go to Easley for surgery created transportation issues that were added stress and costs.

My care was fantastic as they took X-rays to find my problem and promptly called my pharmacy for my medication. Called at 8:05 in morning to try and get an appointment and was given one that day.

My thing is I was in a car wreck and Medicare is not wanting to pay and the car insurance is not wanting to pay and I don't have the money to pay for it

I had a great experience at Blue Ridge Orthopedics in Seneca, Clemson, whatever it is. Dr. Fisher is a great doctor. Everybody in there was kind, courteous to me and helpful. And the only thing that Prisma Health could do to help me is stop sending me these questionnaires. Okay. Thank you and have a good day.

Took a while to get an appointment.

They treated me like family. I have no complaints cause because one of those nurses and doctors treated me like I was part of their family and I love that.

I would love to have a print out of the condition I have and a description of what the surgery will do to fix it in case I forgot somethings that were said in the visit.

Everything was fine on this visit. It was 6 weeks postop.

No improvement is necessary. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Fisher or his staff with regard to how friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating they are. Dr Fisher is the kindest, most confident yet humble & thorough Dr I've ever had to visit for anything. He has a nice, calm demeanor while explaining everything thoroughly & in a non-rushed manner. It's apparent he genuinely cares about his patients & wants to see them get better.

I have full confidence in Dr Fisher and his staff.

When I called directly to BRO for an appointment I was initially told 3 weeks. Then I went to urgent care to be seen. Their referral got me an appointment in 8 days. My only comment is that I could have gotten an appointment when I called originally. I'm sure there is a good reason for that but at the time it wasn't obvious to me.

Went beyond my expectations

When you have an appointment. They tell you to be there 15 mins early. You get there 15 mins early and then your not seen for another hour.
