Brenda Hamberis, PA

No improvement needed. This is an exceptionally well- run facility. They are organized, courteous and professional. My health provider is a true professional... she is patient and knowledgeable. I don't ever feel rushed. She exhibits genuine concern for my health and my concerns.

Not that this is the provider but test results show up on MyChart before the provider has time to offer their interpretations of the results. This leaves the patient confused and in limbo because we don't understand the medical terminology and what to make of information. Again, this is not a reflection of the provider, but the system.

Front desk receptionist was rude and hateful. She did not listen to my question and cut me off raising her voice so entire office and waiting room could hear. I asked for office manager. Treatment was so rude that I thought of switching to another Prisma ddoctor.

Nothing comes to mind. Brenda Hamberis was very professional and thorough. We had a discussion about my symptoms and next steps. I felt very comfortable with her input. She provided handouts and recommended I check back in a few days if there was no improvement. She also referred me to an Prisma ENT office for additional follow up.
