You could have sent me to a PRISMA facility instead of sending me to Bon Secours facility! It was not very good! Not very clean I would have preferred a Prisma facility!

I was extremely impressed. I left feeling I have found my new provider. She was absolutely wonderful. She cares about her patients and it shows. Listens to her patients and took the time as I am a new patient. Thank you .

Doing blood work prior to the visit would make more sense to me. In doing so, the doctor would be able to make a more informative decision in respect to any immediate care or discussion about it with the patient.

This was a new nurse practitioner for me and I was very pleased. Brandi listened and asked me questions to get to know me. I will make this my nurse practitioner for future visits.

I came in for a rash and she literally didn't even look at it. I even took pictures of it at home in case she wanted to see those instead of live at the time of examination. She wouldn't even look at the pictures. Upon follow up, she still won't even look at said rash, which doesn't give me confidence of what the condition even is.

I just wish Ms. Ruffo did not have to move from Maxwell Point, which is closer to me and is a more people-friendly location.

Having returned to Brandi's care (moved away for three years), I was pleased to find that during my absence the only noticeable change was her increased healthcare knowledge. This was demonstrated in her all encompassing approach to every aspect of one's needs. Her approach was very reassuring and left no doubt that all your needs were going to be professionally and beneficially addressed. Brandi's comforting manner left no doubt that your care was in very capable hands. It encouraged your conveying all aspects of your medical/healthcare experiences allowing your needs to be properly treated. I'm thankful that I was able to return to her care - a quality I've missed.

You need to get your offices staffed so the drs ,Np,and nurses can do thier jobs wo stress and more accurately. Know what's going on and communicate with other providers that the patient is under care with . This is not the way to provide healthcare and Safety to patients.
