This office and the staff were outstanding. I know there is always room for improvement, but I was beyond impressed and satisfied with my entire experience.

Yeah, I'm not really sure what prompted this because I was treated very fairly, very respectfully. So I thought I had given a four to that response. There was no bias. I was treated very courteous, very respectful. I have absolutely zero complaints. I love this doctor and the office. So everything's great.

It is so difficult to get appointments timely with all the growth in the Upstate. This is across the board; I hear so many people complain about this same issue. There was not enough planning for our infrastructure before all the growth happened. It isn't right that people have to what based on decisions made by others for all the influx of people. Expanding medical availability should be a priority.

I'm very happy with my Doctor, and this pratice.

No complaints. Taken on time and after nurse prepped me, I only waited a minute or two before Dr. Chandler came in. As always, very pleased.

While I was having my blood drawn a nurse came by the door with a plastic bag full of what looked to be old urine samples in bottles saying look at this . This is gross . She came in the room with this bag and I turned away from looking at it and waved at here to take it out. Then then nurse taking blood said , oh you didn't want to see the nasty

It was my first time being treated by/meeting with Dr. Chandler. He was a FANTASTIC listener, with deep respect and empathy for my needs. He also listened to concerns expressed by my spouse who came with me. His caliber of empathetic approach, evaluation of my condition (with excellent pre-examination of my current meds and tx), AND his excellent level of patient and family education (he explained everything in wonderful terms), are a TRUE exemplar of how physicians should approach ALL patients.

Can't think of anything ! It was maybe the best Dr visit I've ever had. The front office was so quick, friendly & courteous! The nurse was wonderful! Dr Chandler was incredible! Made me so comfortable with my issue.
