It was a great disappointment to learn that I would have to go elsewhere to have blood drawn for the this specific doctor's visit. I find it sad a doctor's office associated with Prisma and located in one of the largest Prisma hospitals did not have the ability to draw blood. This indicates a tremendous lack of organization capabilities and leadership. This lack of patient support placing the burden on the patient to go elsewhere is definitely concerning and makes one question Prisma's commitment to patient care and the operational skills and planning to provide great medical care to patients. My confidence in Prisma is great reduced and makes me wonder if I should be looking at other options.

No suggestions it's all good

Everyone was kind and I loved the doctor. She gave me new information that I had not received at my previous GI specialist. My only complaint was I couldn't get in to see her for 6months that is how long the wait was but she was worth the wait. Now she wants to see me I. 2 months and they were able to set up the appointment which made me very happy!

I cannot think of anything Dr. Jammula always provides excellent care.

I hardly ever get a call back, so please, in a timely manner. So please get back with me. Dr. Jammula also said that I could get worked in if I needed to on her schedule. So that needs to be done.
