I'm very satisfied with the care I get at this office.

I don't think anything. They were wonderful. I would have like an earlier appointment for fasting though. Overall was great!

They don't answer the phone when you try to call in and answer a question you get transferred to the front desk and no one answered the phone and they tell you to leave a message and somebody get back with me but they don't

Get a new nurse for the PA. The one that day was respectful. The regular nurse isn't.

Listening to the patient ; , most of us notice if symptoms are not normal. Not assuming being overweight is causing the symptoms but a possibility the symptoms cause being over weight. Hypothyroidism and no energy plus new symptoms that drain your energy. Maybe asking for a list of a patients daily diet or asking upfront if they over eat, eat fast food, high carbs or vegitatian. So much can be learned just by asking about a patients diet.

Not telling me there is nothing you can do for me. When I asked for testing

Alicia D'Amico is very nice. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard during my appointment. She was focused on one specific issue while I was there for another. Very quick to write a prescription and didn't seem to look over any of my medical history prior to coming in. As someone who has worked in healthcare, it's so important to make sure everyone feels heard.

This office is amazing!!! All the staff are wonderful. I wouldn't go any where else. Even the nurse and Doctors that don't see me are so nice. My nurse practitioner has the patience and thoroughly answers my questions and concerns.
