It was an excruciating waiting time giving that one of the doctors had to leave. They could've call and reschedule instead of having people come and wait the whole afternoon for a visit that didn't really my problem whatsoever at all. The burse or the doctor didn't wash or sanitized their hands before touching my eyes, it was not good. Then had to pay the $100 copay regardless.it was my first time at prisma but Definitely not coming back if i have the choice.
